ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูล โปรโมชัน หรือสอบถามบริการต่าง ๆ ได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
2. การเก็บและใช้งานข้อมูล
ข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากผู้ใช้ เช่น ชื่อ, ข้อความแชท หรือคำถามที่ส่งมาผ่าน Messenger จะถูกใช้เพื่อปรับปรุงการให้บริการเท่านั้น
